Look for the good…

One of my sweet Hippie Chicks and her family has wander lust. I met them years ago during one of their brief stops in Atlanta. They moved to Brazil, then back to Atlanta, then on to their homeland in Canada. I’m not sure I would have been very happy about these frequent moves.

Mary seemed to blossom with these challenges. She used the opportunities to travel, and to grow personally. She used them to teach her family to be flexible. She encourages her children to make the best out of every possible situation. She finds some positive in everything.

Today, Hippie Chick Mary, celebrates her birthday. Happy Birthday my friend! Fill up a wine glass and know that we all look forward to seeing you in person this summer…you know we are coming your way!

You have no idea, how much you and The Hippy CHicks have helped support me in every move. Your friendships and encouraging words have meant so much to me over the years. As a person moves away it is more difficult to keep in touch, but the memories keep reminding me how special the group is. Thanks Debbie
